the location for karlovy vary was favourable, not far from czech republic, the old town and the city centre. the staff were all very friendly, kind.

I appreciated the time in this property. Everything was amazing, good location just next door to Czech Republic, pleasant experience. Excellent service, quiet atmosphere, and the staff was welcoming. Comforts of a double room were fabulous - central heating, a safe, and television.

Complicated parking arrangements!!! The maze-like layout of this hotel is frustrating and hard to navigate!!! The spa access is confusing and poorly explained, leading to some exasperating moments!!!

Staying at bristol palace was a delight! My room had an amazing view of a vibrant street and mountains. The decor had a charming vintage vibe. The spa services were great, and i loved the hydrotherapy treatment. Being close to the main colonnade made exploring easy.
